Stanford Healthcare Tri-Valley Clinical Academy

Stanford Healthcare Tri-Valley Clinical Academy is a 2-week summer program for high school juniors and seniors designed to educate and energize future doctors. We wish to provide opportunities for students to gain insight and solidify their interests in the world of medicine. They will be able to participate in a curriculum with hands-on skill sessions, interactive lectures, and simulation experiences in the topics of primary care, hospital medicine, emergency medicine, cardiology, pulmonary, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, public health, and global health. Our program and individual sessions will follow our mission statement as below.

“Stanford Healthcare Tri-Valley Clinical Academy aims to bring young learners an active experience surrounding the practice of medicine in a community based setting. It aims to provide meaningful educational experiences while fostering professional connections with Stanford faculty, trusted community physicians, and hospital staff who are eager to share their passion for the field of medicine.”
