Introducing Barbara Jerȏme

Barbara Jerome, Research Assistant

The Global Child Health Program welcomed a new team member, Barbara Jerȏme, in 2016. Barbara received her B.A. in Human Biology with a concentration in Global Health and Medical Humanities from Stanford University. Growing up in Miami as a first-generation Haitian immigrant, she became interested in public health research in resource-limited settings.
 
She currently works as a research assistant in the Global Child Health Program on projects that span child survival and wellbeing to adolescent sexual health. She will begin an MPH program this fall to further her career in global child health.
