Review on Radiomics for Brain Tumors

We just published a review of radiomics on brain tumors. Brain tumors are notoriously aggressive and new treatment strategies are urgently needed to treat this devastating disease. Magnetic Resonance imaging (MRI) is the primary mode to diagnose and follow up brain tumors. However, analysis of these images is currently limited to qualitative interpretation by radiologist. Radiomics provides a quantitative way to analyze these images, as images are also data, and patterns maybe be hiding that are not visible by the human eye. Radiomics has shown to have great promise to help the radiologist diagnosing and treating this disease. Check out our review here.
