Gastroenterology Fellowship

Application

Applicants should hold an M.D. and have completed an accredited internship and in general, two additional years of internal medicine residency training by the time of enrollment in the fellowship program. The applicant must be in good standing in the medical community and must be able to obtain a California license to practice Medicine.

Application Procedure 

We participate in the National Resident Match Program for GI fellowship. There is only one program track listed for our Stanford GI Fellowship in NRMP - Stanford Gastroenterology Research 1820144F2. All fellows are expected to be trained as clinician-investigators in preparation for future leadership positions in academic gastroenterology. Information about our internal tracks can be found at this link .

The application deadline for our program is July 22, 2020 and the interview period will be in September and October. All applicants are required to complete the application through ERAS and the  Supplemental Application Form .
