Board Review
Wednesdays, 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Fellows and faculty will review board questions with a fellow moderating the session.
Research /State of the Art/Journal Club
Wednesdays, 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
The Research Talk/State of the Art Talk/Journal Club aim to educate the audience about important clinical and/or basic research developments that are likely to have a significant impact on patient care. Speakers include fellows, faculty, or guest speakers.
Clinical Case Review
Wednesdays, 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm
The GI fellows, along with residents and fellows from The Gastroenterology division and divisions of General Surgery The Gastroenterology division and divisions of General Surgery participate in this multi-disciplinary conference between September and June. A GI fellow or a presenter from one of the other departments will present an interesting patient and then provide teaching on a topic inspired by the patient case including a review of the recent literature.
Core Curriculum Lectures
Fridays, 7:00 am – 8:00 am
Attendings from the Division of Gastroenterology/Hepatology, Department of Radiology, Department of Pathology and the Department of Epidemiology will lecture on a variety of topics between September and June.
Fellows Program Meeting
Fridays (1st of the month), 8:00 am – 8:30 am
