Recommended LEAN Training Resources

This list of resources and ideas has been compiled to help EPS staff meet the requirements of the EPS LEAN training policy, which states that all EPS full-time benefits eligible staff are required to complete 8 hours of Lean training by the end of the fiscal year. In order to facilitate Lean knowledge and experience, EPS staff must complete up to two “attendance” options and engage in at least two “participation” options (see examples below). One hour of time spent in a training equates to one hour towards your annual Lean training requirements.

Please note that for FY20, Lean training requirements must be met by 8/31/2020.
