INFORMATION FOR COLLABORATORS

We enjoy working with many laboratories at Stanford and at other institutions on a variety of projects. In many cases though, we encourage researchers to take advantage of their local mass spectrometry facilities, particularly for routine investigations like protein identification from excised gel bands. We are, however, interested in forming collaborations that relate to our major scientific areas of interest and expertise, which include (and are not limited to):

  • Proteome homeostasis
  • Mitochondria biology
  • Cancer
  • Host-microbe interactions
  • Stem cell differentiation
  • Signaling pathway regulation

We find that great collaborations spring from robust biological systems. The more protein you can generate, the better. Watch this space for more detailed guidelines, or contact us for more information.
