Yuhao (Danny) Huang, MD

Yuhao (Danny) was born in China and subsequently moved to Canada at the age of 10. He studied Biochemistry at the University of Alberta and completed an honors thesis in Structural Biology. He subsequently attended the Stanford University School of Medicine, where he developed a deep interest in neuroscience, particularly in the area of electrophysiologic and functional research. During medical school, he pursued an additional year of research under the mentorship of Dr. Casey Halpern to examine the neurocircuitry underlying human reward. His interests outside of medicine include cooking, crabbing, hiking, running, strength training and spending time with friends and family.
