Title	A randomized clinical trial to assess the efficacy and safety of very tight glucose control in patients with Type 1 diabetes within 1 week of the diagnosis of diabetes.
Description	This study is being done to find out how well very tight glucose control, using glucose sensors, works to preserve beta cell function in patients with very recently diagnosed type 1 diabetes.
Eligibility	Inclusion: Clinical diagnosis of type 1 diabetes with in one week Age >10.0 to <45 years HbA1c > 7.5%
