The Stanford Psychiatry Residency program is committed to strengthening the diversity of both our faculty and trainees, with the goal of fostering an environment representative of the vibrant communities in which we and our patients live. Through the Psychiatry Residency Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council, residents are heavily involved in both existing program-specific and Stanford-wide diversity initiatives, and are also encouraged to pursue new endeavors.
