Skills-Building Workshops
The ODL offers six Skills Building Workshops each year. These 2 to 3 hour workshops are offered free of charge to all levels Faculty, including CE's and Instructors. Topics include:

- Writing Tricks of the Trade: A Workshop to Improve Scientific Writing Skills
- Fundamentals and Secrets of Grantwriting
- Reappointment and Promotion Criteria in the MCL, UTL and CE Lines

- Delegation Strategies
- Managing Information Overload
- Effective Time Management
- How and When to say "No and "Yes" in Career and in Life
