to Early Professoriate

We are conducting a research study to identify the factors that influence the promotion of medical faculty in academic institutions. We know that women and men have different career trajectories, and we want to further our understanding of the factors that predict career advancement. Our goal is to better understand the experiences of our faculty so we can work to improve the career development process and work environment at Stanford's School of Medicine. To get an accurate picture of experiences of faculty like you, we need 120 faculty members to participate. We know that faculty members are very busy so,we will send you a $5.00 Starbucks card just for speaking with us briefly to learn more about the study and how to participate. Learn more »
