Someone Like Me: Postdoc:Grad Mentoring Coffee Hour

SURPAS and BioAIMS have partnered to develop the first postdoc:graduate and postdoc:postdoc mentoring program, Someone Like Me, focused on supporting trainees from marginalized backgrounds and those interested in supporting an inclusive academic community. Last fall, a series of 3 monthly themed lunches were held, grouping postdocs and senior graduate students for friendly conversation and experience exchange. Next up, all trainees interested in a discussion on diversity in their academic career are invited to a Coffee Hour.
