BioAIMS and Neuwrite are partnering to bring book club discussions around Dr. Ben Barres's "The Autobiography of a Transgender Scientist". Ben Barres was an inspiration as a scientist, as a mentor, and as an advocate for women and underrepresented minorities in STEM. Join BioAIMS and Neuwrite for a book club-style discussion of his autobiography.
The discussion will be facilitated by and for LGBTQ+ members of the grad student community, and individuals of all identities and backgrounds are welcome to attend.
