Commission Membership

Ade Ayoola is a Stanford medical student from Grand Rapids, Michigan. She graduated from the University of Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in biological chemistry and chemistry. She aspires to practice medicine as a physician while conducting research to address health disparities and increase diversity in medicine. She served as co-Chair of Stanford's SNMA chapter from 2019-20 and was recruitment chair the year before. In 2019-20, she also served as VP of Advocacy for Stanford Medical Student Association (SMSA). She is interested in public and global health and has conducted research projects in Uganda and Nigeria. She is a member of the 2018 Knight-Hennessy Scholars cohort, a Stanford global leadership fellowship. Her interests include music, track and field, and rock climbing.
