  • Pembrolizumab and Interferon Gamma-1b in Treating Patients With Stage IB-IVB Relapsed or Refractory Mycosis Fungoides and Sezary Syndrome

    This phase II trial studies how well pembrolizumab and interferon gamma-1b work in treating patients with stage IB-IVB mycosis fungoides and sezary syndrome that has come back or has not responded to previous treatment. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Interferon gamma-1b may boost the immune system activity. Giving pembrolizumab and interferon gamma-1b together may work better in treating patients with stage IB-IVB mycosis fungoides and sezary syndrome.

    The purpose of this trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of E7777 (improved purity ONTAK) in patients with persistent and recurrent cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.   • Naloxone Hydrochloride Study for Relief of Pruritus in Patients With MF or SS Forms of CTCL

    This multi-center, double-blind, vehicle-controlled, randomized crossover design study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of topically applied naloxone lotion, 0.5%, for the treatment of pruritus in patients with the mycosis fungoides (MF) or Sézary syndrome (SS) Forms of Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma (CTCL). This study will also determine if there is systemic absorption of the drug in a subset of subjects and if so, describe the range and mean plasma levels reached after two weeks of three time daily (TID) dosing.

    This phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well selumetinib sulfate works in treating patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders with MAPK pathway activation mutations that have spread to other places in the body and have come back or do not respond to treatment. Selumetinib sulfate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

  • Rituximab, Combination Chemotherapy, and 90-Yttrium Ibritumomab Tiuxetan for Patients With Stage I or II Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

    This phase II trial is studying how well giving rituximab together with combination chemotherapy and 90-Yttrium ibritumomab tiuxetan works in treating patients with stage I or stage II lymphoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as prednisone, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and vincristine, work in different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Monoclonal antibodies such as rituximab and yttrium 90-Yttrium ibritumomab tiuxetan can locate cancer cells and either kill them or deliver radioactive cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Combining a monoclonal antibody with combination chemotherapy and a radiolabeled monoclonal antibody may kill more cancer cells.

  • Safety, Tolerability and Pharmacokinetics of MRG-106 in Patients With Mycosis Fungoides (MF), CLL, DLBCL or ATLL

    Objectives of this clinical trial are to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and potential efficacy of the investigational drug, cobomarsen (MRG-106), in patients diagnosed with certain lymphomas and leukemias, including cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) [mycosis fungoides (MF) subtype], chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) [activated B-cell (ABC) subtype], and adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL). Cobomarsen is an inhibitor of a molecule called miR-155 that is found at high levels in these types of cancers and may be important in promoting the growth and survival of the cancer cells. Participants in the clinical trial will receive weekly doses of cobomarsen administered by injection under the skin or into a vein, or by injection directly into cancerous lesions in the skin (for CTCL only). Blood samples will be collected to measure how cobomarsen is processed by the body, and other measurements will be performed to study how normal and cancerous cells of the immune system respond when exposed to cobomarsen.

  • Cardiac Safety Study of Brentuximab Vedotin (SGN-35)

    The purpose of this study is to evaluate cardiac safety of brentuximab vedotin (SGN-35) in patients with CD30-positive cancers. The study will assess electrical activity of the heart before and after brentuximab vedotin administration. Patients who have stable or improving disease may receive up to 1 year of brentuximab vedotin treatment.
