Modify a Clerkship

Minor changes to clerkship records are reported to the Assistant Director of Clerkship Administration during the annual review of clerkship offerings. Examples of minor record changes are: clerkship director, coordinator, periods offered, and grammatical edits to descriptions.

Proposals for substantial changes to a clerkship require authorization. Examples of making substantial changes are:  combining clerkships, altering training objectives, or changing a clerkship's structure. Use the Clerkship Modification Form (below) to obtain approval for substantial changes. Submit the form to the Curriculum Administrator. The Curriculum Administrator will review requested changes and will submit the request for approval to the Committee on Curriculum and Academic Policy (CCAP) in the School of Medicine Faculty Senate.
