Dr. Drost graduated from the Stanford University School of Medicine, and completed her internship in internal medicine and her residency in neurology and psychiatry at Stanford University Medical Center. Additionally, Dr. Drost was the Chief Resident in Neurology at Stanford University Medical Center, and has experience teaching neurological diagnosis and treatment to Stanford medical students, interns, and residents. She opened her general adult neurology practice in January of 2008 and is a member of the Good Samaritan Hospital Stroke Team and Medical Staff. Dr. Drost is a comprehensive adult neurologist, with special interests in multiple sclerosis, headache, and stroke. She has published 17 peer-reviewed academic medical papers, and holds one U.S. patent in the field of neurology. Dr. Drost is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.
