- Call 286 in the School of Medicine to report the accident or pull the nearest fire alarm.
- Call 9-911 from Stanford University phones (or 911 from non-Stanford University phones) to report the accident, or pull the nearest fire alarm.
- Emergencies involving nonhuman primate bite wounds or scratches should be treated immediately following the instructions in the nonhuman primate bite/scratch kits located at the facility.

- During regular working hours (8:00 AM. to 5:00 PM., Monday through Friday), report animal emergencies to the Veterinary Service Center Administrative Office at 723-3876. Describe the problem, give your name, animal identification number, location of the emergency, and an extension where you can be reached.
- During times other than regular working hours (including weekends and holidays), dial 723-4408 and leave a message on the answering machine. Describe the problem, give your name, animal identification number, location of the emergency, and an extension where you can be reached.
- A 24-hour page number is also available on the hospital paging system. Dial "222" from any campus phone, and when prompted for the ID#, enter "16022" and follow the instructions to enter your call back number.
Physical Plant Emergencies
