Annual Outside Professional Activities Certification
For School of Medicine Faculty
Use the link below to complete your annual Conflict of Interest disclosure, now called "Outside Professional Activities Certification (OPACS)".
Login requirements:
- Your SUNet ID is required for login.
- Because of the confidential nature of the data being collected, the OPACS application is deemed to be highly secure. As a result, it may not be accessed from IP addresses outside the Stanford and SLAC networks. If you need to file and certify your compliance report from off campus, you will need to have Virtual Private Network (VPN) software installed on your computer, so that you can gain authenticated access to SUNet. Stanford faculty can find instructions for accessing and installing this software (Cisco VPN) on computers using the Windows, Macintosh, Linux, and Unix operating systems at the following site:http://www.stanford.edu/services/softwarelic/list.html
