The Clinical Excellence Research Center (CERC) in the Department of Medicine at Stanford University seeks research faculty to join the Center as Assistant Professor or Associate Professor or Professor in the University Tenure Line (UTL) or the Medical Center line (MCL). We are seeking dynamic individuals to bring intellectual leadership and rigorous scholarship within the Center’s research focus.
The Center’s focus is the discovery of scalable methods of high-quality healthcare delivery that lower population-wide health spending. Please visit CERC’s website for further background. If so, the Stanford University Clinical Excellence Research Center (CERC) is currently seeking a full-time Director of Industry Partnerships to drive CERC’s revenue growth by handling all business development and external relations to build and maintain a robust network of CERC supporters, including implementing and managing our Industry Affiliates Program.
CERC is the first university-based research center exclusively dedicated to designing, testing and evaluating cost-saving innovations in clinically excellent care. Our vision is to assemble a critical mass of globally distinguished researchers from multiple disciplines to speed scientific progress in improving the value of healthcare systems. CERC relies on the generous support of various industry partners, foundations and individuals to demonstrate and disseminate innovations that substantially improve the affordability and quality of healthcare.
The Director of Industry Partnerships will lead the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at maximizing impact of CERC initiatives outside of the university. The Director will be primarily responsible for securing financial support for the Center’s research activities and developing programs, services, events and products that promote mutual learning and sustainable relationships between CERC and its supporters.
