Platform 4: Tissue Regeneration
The Tissue Regeneration program uses induced pluripotent cell (iPSC) and gene editing technologies to scale the manufacturing of graftable tissue stem cells. Production of autologous skin grafts for patients with Epidermolysis bullosa leads a rich pipeline of graftable pluripotent stem cells from many other organs including heart, nervous system, thymus, bladder, eye, and pancreas.
