After a 25 year career as a clinical cardiologist and internist, I went back to school to earn an MBA in healthcare management and became interested in the healthcare crisis in the developing world. As an international healthcare consultant, I now have the opportunity to assist in the formulation of strategic plans for the alleviation of human suffering. On a personal level, I feel rejuvenated and optimistic.
