Event details:		A talk with Professor Sharon Long William C. Steere, Jr. - Pfizer Inc. Professor in Biological Sciences and Professor, by courtesy, of Biochemistry Over the past 28 years, I have had the chance to participate in curriculum innovation at Stanford. I've also worked on national committees charged with evaluating university-level science and/or premedical education. I will share thoughts from these two standpoints about how worthy educational changes happen - or don't.
Additional information and/or registration:		Feel free to brown-bag your lunch. Light refreshments will be served. Lectures begin promptly at 12:00 p.m. Latecomers are asked to enter by the back door and to be considerate of the taping in progress. Open to the public. No registration required.
