Course details:  

Graduate or postdoctoral students from the Schools of: Engineering, Business, Humanities & Science, Law and Medicine are invited to participate in the Winter 2010 graduate course.  This is the first in a two-quarter elective course series that provides didactic lectures from course faculty and guest lectures from industry experts on practical aspects of technology invention and development. In an optional companion lab course, students work in small project teams in the Biodesign prototyping lab or bench space, collaborating with the fellows of the program. Please note that this is a high demand course, auditors will not be accepted.

How to Enroll:  The Biodesign application process is required in addition to registering through Axess for the course.
1.      Register for the course through Axess, and
2.      Complete an online application at http://www.stanford.edu/group/biodesign/courseapplication.html 

The deadline to enroll into the class is midnight of the first Thursday of the quarter. Students are notified by Friday of that week whether they have been accepted into class.
