Event details:		You are cordially invited to enjoy an inspiring evening and a lovely dinner party at this year’s award dinner. This is an annual event in which the Northern California Chapters of AWIS gather together to celebrate 3 distinguished women scientists and several outstanding students. Come party with us and celebrate great women in science! Several awards will be presented including: • The 2009 Judith Pool Award to Helen Moore • The 2009 Ellen Weaver Award to Juliet Spencer • The 2009 Distinguished Professional Award to Sherrie Wilkins • Chapter Scholarships to students at local community colleges
