Getting started is easy. When building your profile, add as much detail as possible so that others can easily see your background and interests. The more detailed your profile, the easier it will be for mentors to address your needs!

Connect with as many mentors as you want. After signing up, you can reach out to as many mentors as you want. BioSci Connect offers suggestions on potential mentors based on your profile, but it also gives the freedom for independent searching and networking! Don't know what to say? No worries! Pre-made templates help you start a conversation based on different topics and areas you want to explore.

Grow your network! The more people you connect with, the more resources you have! BioSci Connect allows you to stay connected with all your mentors via messaging through the platform, email, and video chats.
