Online conference registration closes March 10, 2017 EXTENDED to March 17, 2017

The 10th International Biocuration Conference is organized in collaboration with the International Society for Biocuration (ISB). Members save $100 off the registration fee.

The registration fee covers:

  • Attendance at all sessions and workshops/tutorials
  • Four lunches
  • Coffee/refreshments during breaks
  • Welcome cocktail reception on Monday, March 27, 2017

Abstract submission

To be considered for a talk, abstracts must be submitted by January 13, 2017

Abstract submission deadline for posters is February 17, 2017

Abstract length should not exceed 2500 characters, including spaces. To characterize your submission, please type in at least three keywords (one per line), and select at least one relevant topic session.

Session topcs are:

  1. Data integration, data visualization, and community-based biocuration
  2. Data standards and ontologies
  3. Functional Annotation
  4. Curation standards and best practice, challenges in biocuration, biocuration tutorial
  5. Text mining
  6. DATABASE Virtual issue session
  7. Large scale and predictive annotation/Big data
  8. Curation for Precision Medicine
