Research Interest

I am highly motivated to pursue multidisciplinary research, where I can combine my passion for translational research and bioinformatics. I joined the lab during the last year of my Master in Biotechnology in order to complete a capstone project focused on single cell analysis of Mass Cytometry data. Since then I successfully created a pipeline to compile and annotate different immune phenotypes of CD4+ T regulatory and T helper cells in healthy donors. We continue to focus our efforts on applying different analytical tools to understand the complex composition of th immune system in homeostasis and disease.
