It's time for online meetings to be easy. The Collaborate Anywhere program will allow you to interconnect across the university, hospitals, and external partners more easily.  Every managed space will have an intuitive and common control panel to allow quick and easy meeting management.

MyRoom Champion Program

We are building a trained community of people in departments that can easily setup and support meetings.   

Central IRT

  • Design consulting
  • Implementation oversight
  • Training and community for Champions
  • Frequent walkthroughs to maintain
  • Helpdesk and deep technical support (7am-6pm M-F)
  • Central health and outage monitoring
  • Research, testing, and rollout of new equipment

  • Meeting setup and support (MyRoom Champion)
  • Local training for faculty and staff
  • Escalate to IRT as needed
  • 1-2 Champions per department
