Stanford Ski Chalet weekend: March 6 - March 8
The Stanford Medical Center Alumni Association invites you to a weekend of skiing and relaxing at Tahoe City’s majestic Stanford Alpine Chalet. Chalet guests spend their days in the fresh mountain air of Alpine Meadows, and then soak tired muscles in the hot tub or relax in the great room with its panoramic mountain views and crackling fire. SUMCAA guests will have exclusive use of the Chalet, which includes delicious, hearty cooked-to-order meals, ski shuttle service, après ski social hour and use of the year-round outdoor hot tub.
World-class skiing at Alpine Meadows is just a Marguerite ride away while hiking, horseback riding, shopping, gaming and shows are all available within a few miles.
Dates: Friday, March 6 – Sunday, March 8 (two night stay required)
Cost: $350 for the first adult for the weekend (meals and tax included), and $50 for each additional guest (includes children ages 4 – 12 years old). Children ages 3 and under are free. See the chart below for pricing scenarios.
Rooms: Each room holds 4 adults, with one queen bed and a set of bunkbeds

Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made by Friday, February 13. After that date, refunds will not be issued.
