REGISTRATION
Pre-registration for the event is now closed. If you have not yet registered you may do so on-site beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 20, at the Li Ka Shing Center for Learning & Knowledge, 2nd Floor Lobby.
COST TO ATTEND
Day Activities: $40 (Age 13+), $15 (Medical Center Students)
Includes: Breakfast, All Day Sessions,
and Lunch
Evening Activities: $75
Includes: Dean's Reception and Dinner
All Day Package: $100 (save 15%)
Includes: Breakfast, All Day Sessions, Lunch, Dean's Reception, and Dinner
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
April 12. After this date, you may register on-site on Saturday, April 20. On-site pricing will increase to $50 for Day Activities, $85 for Evening Activities, and no package discount.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Submit your request by mail, fax, or e-mail by April 12. After April 12 all cancellations are nonrefundable. Refunds will be processed no more than eight weeks after the event.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
If you require special accommodations, please call 650.725.0526 before April 12. After this date, we cannot guarantee assistance.
PARKING
Day parking: Parking will be available in Structure 1 (see map).
Evening Parking: Complimentary valet parking will be available at the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center for the Dean's Reception and dinner.

We have preferred rates for April 19 and 20 at the hotels listed below. Request the "Stanford Medical Alumni" rate. All rooms subject to availability. You can also make a hotel reservation here.
