Packard Children’s Hospital Adolescent Health Van

Packard Children’s Adolescent Health Van is a health clinic on wheels that provides comprehensive primary care services to medically underserved teens. The Adolescent Van offers services for youth, ages 12-25. Services include physicals, immunizations, pregnancy testing, pelvic exams, sick care, HIV counseling and testing, family planning, nutrition counseling, mental health counseling, and health education. Dr. Seth Ammerman from the Division of Adolescent Medicine is the Medical Director of the Adolescent Van. Van personnel include Dr. Seth Ammerman, a female nurse practitioner, a social worker, and a registered dietician.
